Craig Wright ordered to send half of W&K Holdings of BTC to Ira Kleiman!  A judge ruled yesterday.  Craig Wright must turn over half of his Bitcoin holdings and Intellectual Property to the estate of Dave Kleiman.

This next piece of the CSW saga – Craig Wright ordered to turn over half of his holdings and IP from before 2014 – is just another piece of the mystery of the identity of Satoshi Nakamoto.  Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart recommended that plaintiffs be awarded 50% of the Bitcoin that Wright held prior to Dec. 31, 2013.  He was also ordered to turn over 50% of the intellectual property that Wright owned, according to an individual familiar with the case.

Wright is barred from a jury trial and cannot oppose the order – the only restitution that he has left is through appeal.  This started back in 2018 when Kleiman, the brother of Wright’s late business partner Dave Kleiman – sued for $10 billion.  The allegation?  That Wright was trying to seize Dave’s Bitcoins.

Kleiman is represented by Kyle Roche and Velvel Freedman of Roche Freedman LLP – Wright’s attorneys are from Rivero Mestre LLP.

What’s interesting to note is this – If Craig Wright can send 500,000 BTC to Ira Kleiman, it will mean that he has access to the Satoshi Keys.

As to whether or not the above happens – the case is not yet over.  Procedural issues, including collection, needs to be hammered out.   However, the substantive issues have been already decided and this is the beginning of the end of a lengthy trial.

It is important to note that Judge Reinhart, according to the source, did not find Wright to be credible, but he did not make a finding as to whether or not Wright was Satoshi Nakamoto, Bitcoin’s creator.  This is a third party characterization.

Reinhart’s order and recommendations have to be adopted by District Judge Beth Bloom before becoming final.  This is assuming that Wright’s attorneys do not file exceptions or objections.

What do you think?  Do you think Craig will pay up just to show that he has the Satoshi Keys, further cementing his claim that he is Satoshi Nakamoto?  We’ve seen what exchanges have done because of Craig’s claim – they’ve delisted BSV.  Let us know what you think on our Facebook page!  This will be a popular topic!
