Amazon Owned Twitch Accepting Bitcoin once more!  Amazon Owned Twitch, a leading game streaming platform, has enabled BTC and BCH payments once again.

In March, Twitch removed the payment methods for subscriptions by removing Bitpay as a payment method.  Bitpay once more has shown up as a payment processor for the game streaming platform.

Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash are the two payment options in the section dedicated to less common payment methods of the subscription payment page.  The page enabling of these coins has not been announced on the company’s blog or in a press release.

Bitcoin had been trading sideways in the $3,000 – $4,000 range for the first part of the year before blasting through resistance and rallying over $13,000 yesterday.  Bitcoin is down 5% on the day, but up 32% for the week.

This also follows news that BitMEX, the world’s largest cryptocurrency trading platform, saw record volumes across its platform.

This is also on top of Square announcing Bitcoin deposits will be enabled on its popular Cash App platform.
